Here you can look for players to play Firefight or Campaign on ODST. Basically post about what you're looking for and etc. For example:
Gametype: Firefight
Requirements: Microphone and must be over the rank of Ensign.
Reason: Endure.
Amount of players: 4
Difficulty: Legendary.
Map: Lost Platoon (Choppers don't count!)

You can then add on from there. That is just the basic idea. If you want to play with someone who posts just simply quote their message, or more effectively send them a PM.
