From now on, members who wish to join will unfortunately have to be accepted by a moderator/administrator before gaining membership. This is to stop recent "group conquerors" from bungie.net or any anonymous users joining that aren't from The Holy Council.
Members who claim to be a user from The Holy Council and who have created a username similar to those in THC, will be accepted straight away. However, for security reasons I will automatically send a personal message to them via bungie.net to clarify that this is them.
